10 Arm only touches to the head (5 slow touches / 5 fast touches)

10 Lungeing touches to the head (5 slow touches / 5 fast touches)

10 Advance touches to the head (5 slow touches / 5 fast touches)

10 Advance lunge touches to the head (5 slow touches / 5 fast touches)
