Diplomatic Security Service Trains the Women Bodyguards of U.S. Embassy San Salvador
The Diplomatic Security Service is responsible for protecting key U.S. diplomats. At the U.S. Embassy in San Salvador, El Salvador, the Regional Security Office trains a special group of locally employed women bodyguards tasked with protecting the diplomat in charge as members of the Chief of Mission protective detail.
