Bad Drivers of New York City 3

So this is my third NYC compilation. Is it the best one yet? That question is up to you guys. I witnessed all this nonsense while on a trip to the city for Thanksgiving with my family (so please don't think I'm going just to honk at people - I actually have places to be). Some of these drivers made me very angry, and some were actually quite hilarious.
