Captured LRA Commander - Acillam speaks

Maj. Gen. Caesar Acillam one of the top commanders of the Lord's Resistance Army rebels who was captured and is now in the hands of the UPDF narrated to journalists how he hatched a move out of the bush where he had spent more than 20 years fighting along side rebel leader Joseph Kony.
Acillam crossed from DR. Congo to Central African Republic after close to nine days of traversing through the jungles in what many analysts say was an attempt to surrender to the UPDF.
