I’ve been thinking about starting this for over two years now, after being in a very difficult mental state for over a decade. I haven't trained in over two years.

I’ve decided to start an experiment called 'SMALL STEPS'.

Apathy, fatigue, indecision, consuming junkfood and content instead of taking action—this has been my reality for many years, and I’m done with it. I want to change my life because right now, I’m not living; I’m just existing.

What I need is action. Taking small steps day after day, building stress tolerance and focus—that is how I will take back control of my life. One step at a time.

Starting with simple exercises and low reps, then progressing to more complex, high-volume routines.

It’s about awareness and reinforcement: 'I am doing,' not just thinking.

This is just the beginning.

Diet, workout, motivation, personal growth, and healthy habits will be added step by step.
