✨ my process for digital drawings ~ sketch, ink, color, texture ✨#procreateart

my process for pretty much every drawing I do on my ipad (using procreate app): 👇

1. rough sketch/refine composition/move things around
2. ink on a new layer with a smoother pen (in brush settings I set the stabilization all the way up
3. color (each color gets its own layer) - sometimes I just color drop, sometimes I'll color it in using a textured brush
4. texture/effects ! I add a new layer on top and use a large grain brush, or sometimes I"ll bring in a paper-like texture, and play with the blending mode of the layer. also sometimes will play with chromatic aberration on the ink layer 🫢
