Tavneet told me he had made plans for us at a restaurant in Toronto, little did I know he had been planning to propose for months! When we arrived downtown he blindfolded me and said not to ask any questions. He held my hand and we walked for what felt like ages - let me tell you walking blindfolded in stiletto heels is not easy! When he took my blindfold off we were at the the Polson Pier with a beautiful view of the Toronto Skyline. He gave me specific instructions not to look around and handed me a scrapbook. It had pictures and little things he had saved over the last 10 years. I couldn't believe it and instantly started crying. I flipped to the last page in tears and it read "Kiranjeet Judgey will you Marry Me?" I turned around and there he was, in a heart made of rose petals and a red carpet. I said yes! I can't believe it, 10 years later and I'm going to marry my first love, my high school sweetheart, my best friend, my everything.
