Flour: 1 1/2 tbsp
Water: 6 tbsp
For Dough
Plain Flour 300grams
Sugar 3 tbsp
Salt ½ tsp
Instant dry yeast 7g
Water 1/4 cup + 2 tbsp
Plant-based milk 1/4 cup
Vegan butter ¼ cup

Burger Sauce
1/2 cup vegan mayo
2-3 tbsp ketchup
1 tsp maple syrup
1 tsp mustard
1 1/2 tsp vinegar
Pickles/Gerkins
