She co-wrote and co-produced it with Walter Afanasieff for her fourth studio album and first holiday album, Merry Christmas (1994). Columbia Records released it as the lead single from the album on October 29, 1994. The track is an uptempo love song that includes bell chimes, heavy back-up vocals, and synthesizers.

Alisah Nina Luz Salacot Bonaobra (born April 22, 1995) is a Filipino singer who participated in the second season of The Voice of the Philippines, in which she finished as the runner-up. In 2016, she was a grand finalist and had reached the championship round of Eat Bulaga's Just Duet. Bonaobra also competed in the fourteenth series of The X Factor.
