A common task when TIG welding aluminum is filling up a bend radius relief. In this video, you will see some tips for TIG welding on an edge, machine settings, and also a comparison between clear and ceramic TIG cups.

I used 120 Hz AC frequency and set the AC balance to 6 using a CK Worldwide mt200 AC/DC TIG welder along with a Furick 8 pro clear cup compared to a ceramic #8 with a gas lens.
