Punks in London 1977

From Soviet political and analytical TV programme "Mezhdunarodnaya Panorama" (International Panorama) (1977).
The Soviet commentator says:
"Some facts about the bouergois society - the society without future, about the society which deprives children of childhood, and youth of young years. In England there're groups of youth walking streets of the cities, wearing strangely clothes and strangely behaving themselves. They are called by the word "punk"...."
