Dahi Vada ek classic Indian snack hai jo soft urad dal ke vade, masaledar dahi aur chatpati chutniyon se banta hai. Yeh iftar ya kisi bhi khaas mauke ke liye perfect hai.
Ingredients:
Vada ke liye:
Urad dal – 1 cup (6-7 ghante bhigo kar pisi hui)
Hing – 1 pinch
Namak – ½ tsp
Hari mirch – 1 (bareek kati)
Adrak – 1 tsp (grated)
Oil – Talne ke liye
Dahi Mixture ke liye:
Dahi – 2 cups (accha se pheta hua)
Cheeni – 1 tsp
Kala namak – ½ tsp
Bhuna jeera powder – 1 tsp
Garnishing ke liye:
Imli ki chutney – 2 tbsp
Hari chutney – 2 tbsp
Lal mirch powder – ½ tsp
Bhuna jeera powder – ½ tsp
Anar dana (optional)
Hara dhaniya – 1 tbsp (bareek kata)
Method:
Vada Banana:
Pisi hui urad dal mein hing, namak, hari mirch aur adrak milakar acchi tarah se mix karein (thoda fenth lein taki vade soft banein).
Kadhai me tel garam karein, phir chhoti chhoti balls bana kar golden brown hone tak deep fry karein.
Fried vade ko garam paani me 10-15 min ke liye daal dein taki soft ho jayein.
Phir haath se halka dabakar paani nikal dein.
Dahi aur Garnishing:
Pheta hua dahi, cheeni, kala namak aur bhuna jeera mix karein.
Ek plate me vade rakh kar upar se dahi dal dein.
Phir imli chutney, hari chutney, lal mirch, bhuna jeera powder aur anar dana dal kar garnish karein.
Hara dhaniya se sajayein aur thanda serve karein.
Aapke soft aur chatpate Dahi Vada tayar hain!
