2. Make sure the sensor is thoroughly cleaned and dried. Over time, you might have a build-up of fluids; try a gentle, warm soapy wash of the sensor plate followed by rinsing and drying.
3. Check to make sure there is no moisture present inside the alarm unit. If any moisture gets inside the unit, it can cause a malfunction. Give it a thorough drying out before inserting new batteries.
4. You may need a new replacement sensor cord; just contact us for help.
