TASTY ASSORTED FRIED FISH STEW /GHANA FISH STEW

Hello everyone, this my new fish stew recipe, with an infusion of crispy Chinese leaf, its a budget friendly stew with assorted fish, enjoy with plain rice or boil yam and plantain! thanks for watching!

Ingredients:
1 cup vegetable oil
2 chopped onions
blend: 3 scotch bonnet, 5 garlic cloves, 2 small pieces of ginger, 1 onion. 1/2 cup water, Ehyen all purpose seasoning, 1tsp fish seasoning, 1tbsp smoked paprika, 1 tsp salt
1-2 tubes tomato puree
2-3 plum tomatoes
curry powder tt
1 maggi cube optional
Ehyen complete seasoning
crayfish seasoning powder
assorted fried fish
1 Chinese leaf
some spring onion stalks
