This video has been created by the Gas Distribution Networks, not as a training video, but to show the sequence of a gas meter exchange. It has been developed following our GDN members’ experience of attending gas escapes that can be as a result of the gas meter installer not following procedures correctly. Please refer to the GER4 document to identify the top 5 issues that lead to a GDN intervention visit following a gas meter exchange.
