Building a Wooden Chopper | Woodcraft 101

I've built many handmade choppers over the years with Voodoo Choppers, but never a wooden chopper. I started with a simple design and then made a wooden model to check the scale. Once I had my design, I built each piece individually and then put everything together for a finished motorcycle model.

Baltic Birch Ply: Frame, Handlebars, Triple-Tree
Walnut: Wheels, Neck, Gas Tank
Cherry: Gas Tank, Lowers
Mahogany: Center / Seat
