Daughter Coaching Dad to Sitfly

I really appreciate Dana's patience coaching me because it's slow going for the old fellow. She has spent a lot of time in the tunnel and has gotten really good at head up. I need to get my head back, heals down, and rely less on my arms to get that fall-rate up. It's been a fun journey.
