Our Most Popular Coop Becomes a Tractor Coop!

Our American Coop gets converted into a tractor coop. A customer raising Silkies wanted a tractor coop, so Matt designed the American Coop, complete with a drop down predator apron, so that it can be moved around the yard and still keep your flock safe!
This chicken coop has a 6' x 12' overall footprint with a 6' x 4' henhouse.
All the walls needed to have additional braces for stability. The jacks that lift and lower the coop were also specially customized to work for the chicken coop. This coop also has removable roost bars that are lower to accommodate the lack of flying skills of silkie chickens. This coop still has all the amazing features of a standard American Coop, including half-inch hardware cloth, polycarbonate windows, removable lift-off henhouse doors, 3-gang egg hutch, and incorporates the deep litter system.
