The doorstep delivery of public services programme is implemented by the Administrative Reforms Department, Government of Delhi. The programme envisages offering various government services at the doors of citizens without visiting offices. This is to make the life of citizens hassle free and get rid from queue, touts, bribery and multiple visits to government offices. citizen can avail 100 services at their homes.
