So what is this blood sugar spike blood? Sugar spike is nothing but scientifically it is called as hyperglycemia . Usually the sugar levels which will be increased post meal after eating anything so this is called as hyperglycemia usually it happens in each and everyone but it is very common in type 2 diabetes mellitus patients. So this is also called as hyperglycemia. So what are the main symptoms of this sugar spikes one is increased frequency of micturation, that is a person will feel more frequently to go to washroom or toilet and literally they go more than 5 to 10 times post meal that is because of all increased sugar levels the blurred vision . The vision will become a little blurred the person cannot assume or the things properly during when the sugar spikes are more increased hunger. Increased hunger is nothing but even if they eat food after that within short span of time maybe half an hour 1 hour they feel the increased hunger. Headaches also are one of the symptom for the sugar spikes and difficulty in concentrating on the things like cognitive functions these are certain sugar spike symptoms. So how do you manage this sugar spikes one mainly the medications that is if the patient is diabetic usually we give oral hypoglycemic agents and taking insulin postmeal or pre-meal we fix the dose depend upon their Hba1c levels and sugar levels this is the foremost thing and then again the portion control reduce the quantity and concept called as carbohydrate counting which also helps in reducing the sugar levels or reducing the sugar spikes regular physical activity like walking jogging all those things when a person is really active or physically fit the sugar spikes or exertion will not happen more and there are things called as fiber rich foods so fiber rich foods also to be included in our diet to our avoid this sugar spikes so how to reduce this male sugar spikes the first and foremost thing we should concentrate on what we are eating so balanced meals definitely will help you in reducing the sugar levels or sugar spikes the low glycemic index food there are so many foods which are available that is low glycemic index that means your sugar whatever it is coming through the food will be absorbed very slowly so the meal timings should be always maintained like you should eat particularly food for the timings if you're eating at 1:00 you should eat everyday lunch at 1:00 or between 1:30 not like you eat food at 2:00 or 3:00 and mainly avoid sugary beverages like cool drinks or which are included more sugars and stay hydrated like drink a lot of water which also will help you in reducing the sugary spikes and these are the certain ways you know you can reduce the sugar spikes and there are natural ways to reduce the sugar spikes you can use cinnamon and then you can use vinegar and then you can use we'll call it as fenur and then there are regular physical activity and Stress Management good sleeping habits and mainly knowing your food and knowing what you are eating and your portions size everything matters to reduce your sugar spikes and which indirectly or directly will keep your sugar levels under control.
