How to fix "GB usable" RAM problem under 64-bit Windows (set PCI-E Graphics Card as default in BIOS)

If your PC or laptop does NOT have a dedicated graphics-card also, only the onboard graphics chip of the motherboard, or the graphics chip which is on the CPU, then the RAM limitation (...GB usable) will not be eliminated.
