Richie was twelve when he started to realize he might like Eddie as.. something more than a friend. He told himself that it was wrong, so he tried to push it away. He spent years ignoring this until, when he was 14, he plucked up the courage to tell Eddie how he felt.

He called him and tried to explain everything, but Eddie was scared, he told him to shut up and ended the call. Richie went to eddies house to try to explain but Eddie didn’t answer. They ignored eachother for a few weeks until Eddie came knocking on Richies door. They didn’t talk about what had happened and tried to make everything go back to normal. But Eddie couldn’t stop thinking about what Richie said.
