This is a little preview of the last seminar held at the Zirger Academy of Martial Arts. The topics covered were pukulan, the importance of 3 men drill, exploring various techniques from 'Main' and silat conditioning.

You can now come and experience Silat Open Circle in person at one of Alvin's SBL seminar. Seminars are open to the public, martial artist of all levels, both male and female.
