In today's little video, we are making homemade cultured butter from scratch if you have never tried homemade cultured butter you are seriously missing out, i was blown away by the tangy rich buttery flavours.

Just a disclaimer, always be really careful when fermenting anything at home. Make sure your equipment is clean and sanitized and if anything smells or looks off, discard it and start over. Don't take any risks, be clean, and be safe.

Recipe:
1000 ml. of full fat double cream.
150 ml of organic greek yoghurt with probiotic bacterias in it.
7.5 grams of sea salt or kosher salt, added after the kneading process.
