I'm disposable garbage

This was something I filmed many months ago when I was experiencing a 'breakup' with a childhood friend of mine. You all have no idea who they are so please don't speculate or send hate anyone's way; this really was something I was just going through personally, hence my being vague, and thought that since we're coming to the end of Mental Health Awareness Month it was worth posting. I've worked hard at combatting my mental health struggles over the years and have gotten much better at not thinking so black & white with things, but there are still times like this when I struggle and that's okay! If you're going through anything similar then please remember that you're not alone, you are loved, your feelings are valid, and things will get better eventually no matter how slow progress may seem ♥
