Partner of first UK victim calls for Brazilian butt lifts ban | Good Morning Britain

Non-surgical Brazilian Butt Lifts (BBLs) and other high-risk cosmetic procedures should be banned immediately because of a serious risk to patient safety.

That's what a group of MPs are calling for, after warning the industry has become a 'wild west' without regulation.

The non-surgical procedure often involves filler being injected into the buttocks to make it look bigger.

Someone that knows all too well how dangerous these procedures can be is Dane Knight, whose partner Alice Webb was the first person in the UK to die after complications following the procedure.
