Philips Saeco Exprelia - turning on pumps manually

This is how I got my Exprelia to drink descaling liquid with mostly clogged system. I could not do it the normal way because it would give me an E05 error.
The service mode let you open the different valves, and start the two pumps individually. That let you guess a bit on how to let it drink the descaling if you end with E05 for the same reason.
Maybe - I am no Saeco technician.... This is what I got from googling for the "Exprelia_hd8854 Service Manual" which is helpful.

Update: It turns out that the boiler was clogged, and therefore the steam pump could not get water through. I figured that out by taking off the hoses (destroyed the oetiker hose clamps - replaced with simpler clamps) and seeing how far the water would flow in the machine. I took out the steam pump and dripped concentrated descaler into it helping it in with a needle, and let it rest. Added new drops of descaler maybe 20 times. After an hour it had descaled and after installing it with new hose clamps the machine worked again. Sorry I did not make a video of this!

Update 3 years later. E05 again. Different reason. This time Pump #1 had burned out, giving no pulses during this test, and replacing it fixed my machine again. Had to open the machine and disconnect the output hose to verify that it could indeed not pump water even if it made some noise.
