The company has a history of more than 50 years as a confectionery store that colors the seasons.
The second generation owner, Ikeda Hisashi, has won several national wagashi competitions, and he continues to create 130 varieties of wagashi every year.

This episode focuses on Dorayaki, a Japanese-style pancake.

Handmade with a special attention to detail down to the red bean paste and dough, are a gem that showcases the skill of e confectionery artisans who have been making dorayaki for several decades.
