VIBE TV is on location at the Outlook Festival in Fort Punta Christo, Croatia where Jay Electronica performed at the music fest on Aug. 30. During his set the Philly native performed "Exhibit C" continuously, jumped in the crowd like five times, gave a tribute to J Dilla and called the entire crowd to the stage. They cut Electronica's mic off eventually after his set went 20 minutes over, despite starting a little later. It was the most intense set of the night.
