Hey guys, Paul from Ultimate Fat Burner.com here and today I'm answering the question, "Should I Take Creatine Every day including Off Days." I'll be right back with the answer in just a couple of seconds, stick around... please don't go anywhere.

Alright welcome back. So let's answer the question... Should I Take Creatine Every day including Off Days?

Absolutely.

The reason why?

Well, for creatine to work properly your muscles need to be completely saturated with it.

And that requires a daily top up.

It doesn't need to be a lot - if you're under 200 lbs, 5 grams/day is plenty, if you're over 200 lbs, you may want to bump it up to 10 grams/day.

Some people see results with less - as little as 3 grams per day - but I always recommend 5 grams per day minimum, because that's what's used in most of the supporting clinical studies.

I'm going to go off on a bit of a tangent here, but I think some of the confusion about daily creatine supplementation is a result of the fact that creatine is included in a LOT of popular preworkout supplements, which of course you only take on training days.

But creatine is not a supplement that provides an instant effect, like some of the other ingredients in your typical preworkout powder. You will only obtain the maximum results from creatine once peak muscle saturation is obtained...

... and of course that has to be sustained with a daily dose.

That means in order to obtain those benefits, you'll need to buy creatine on its own and take every day - in addition to your pre-workout supplement, if you happen to be taking one.

This is true even for those of you who do take a preworkout supplement everyday, since most preworkouts don't contain anywhere near enough creatine to be effective.

Check the label of your preworkout now - if it doesn't contain at least 5 grams of creatine per serving - preferably creatine monohydrate - then you need to buy creatine and take it as well.

Don't worry though; it's not expensive and a jug lasts a long time. I recommended any brand of creatine monohydrate that contains the Creapure form of creatine.

Alrights guys, there you have it... the answer to the question Should I Take Creatine Every day including Off Days? Yes you should.
