Bad Actor

The plaintiff says she was friends with the defendant and thought he was trustworthy until she discovered he was a convicted felon who lied about being a TV producer. She’s suing him for the value of a cell phone. The defendant insists he does work in TV, and says the plaintiff is just jealous of his social media following. He’s countersuing for headphones and stolen money.
