Most coaching offers don't fail because the coach isn't skilled enough. They fail because the offer isn't built to sell. And those are two very different problems.
You want the offer that finally converts. The one that makes the right person say yes without you having to over-explain, discount, or chase. The one that does the work of selling even when you're not in the room.
But before you can build that offer, you need to understand why your current one isn't doing that job.
A brilliant coach with a poorly built offer will consistently lose to a mediocre coach with a well-built one. That's uncomfortable to say. But it's true. And the coaches who keep showing up, creating content, having conversations, and not converting are almost never in that position because they lack skill. They're there because the offer has a construction problem. And construction problems have solutions.
Here's what nobody talks about in the offer conversation: the gap between effort and income is almost always an offer problem, not a talent problem. And every month that gap stays open, it compounds.
