Golf Giveaway - Free Bombtech 3 Wood and PIQ Golf Sensor - Christmas Golf Giveaway

Thank you all for your support over the past year. I have had an amazing time learning to golf, vlogging, and trying new products. As a thank you, I want to pass on some of the great items I've been lucky enough to review this year.

So here's what we've got: A new Bombtech 3 Wood I used solely for review purposes -- a great club, and the PIQ Sport Intelligence Sensor for Golf -- a robust device for anyone trying to improve their game.

After we hit 1000 subscribers, I will pick two random recipients - one for each product. I'm going to try to make this as fair as possible, and as hassle free as possible. If it becomes too much drama to manage, I reserve the right to cancel for my own sanity. This is a fun friendly community event, not meant to be complex or legally troubling -- just a way for me to pass on some good items I've gathered to you folks.

Here's what you have to do:

1) Please subscribe (recommended): this way you get notified of the video which will announce the recipients, and can track the subscriber count.

2) Like this video and share where you can. Both will help get the word out so we can trigger the giveaway.

3) The most important: I will be picking the recipients from the active comments on this video responding to the question "what will Tiger accomplish in 2018?" There is no wrong answer -- this is just a way to confirm humanity! However, I will not consider any inappropriate comments.

Here are the rules:
1) The Giveaway is open to legal residents of the United States excluding territories, or where prohibited. Entrants must be 13 years of age.

2) The Giveaway includes a random selection of entrants on Degenerate Golf Club YouTube Channel ("Channel") for a chance to receive one of either: a previously owned Bombtech 3-Wood used by Channel to review product, or a PIQ Sport Intelligence Sensor for Golf previously used by Channel to review product. Odds of receiving the item depends on total number of entrants.

No substitution or alternative is allowed, except at sole discretion of Channel. If an item cannot be awarded due to circumstances beyond control of the Channel a substitute item may be awarded at the discretion of Channel, of equal depreciated retail value. The recipient will be solely responsible for any Federal, State, or local taxes or costs associated with receipt of the item.

3) The Giveaway shall commence upon posting of the announcement video, and shall end when all conditions are met. Conditions include: achieving a minimum subscriber count on channel as determined by Channel (total 1000), and a minimum number of entrants as determined by Channel (greater than 20).

4) To enter giveaway you must a) view the Giveaway video, b) LIKE the video, and c) place a comment on the video in reply to a specific question presented in the video "what will Tiger accomplish in 2018?". It is recommended entrants subscribe to the channel to a) meet the giveaway trigger, and b) receive notifications relevant to the giveaway.

Only one entry per person. Multiple account entries will not be honored.

5) Recipient will be chosen by the Channel in a manner based on Channel's discretion and personal affinity for the Comment. One unique recipient will be chosen per item.

Family or Friends of Channel will not be selected based on Channel sole discretion.

6) The recipients will be notified within 7 days of the giveaway period end through the following means a) Youtube Video announcement, then b) electronic message either reply to Comment or email (if available). The recipient agrees to allow name, username, comment, handle or other identifier to be used in support of giveaway. Channel will not disclose personal information such as real name, address, etc.

Recipient is required to respond to Channel within 3 days of notification including posting of award video and reply to Comment. Failure to respond timely will result in forfeiture and may result in alternative recipient being declared at discretion of Channel. If an item goes unclaimed or forfeited the item may not be re-awarded at discretion of Channel.

Recipient must provide a real name associated with the valid Youtube (Google/Gmail) account, and physical mailing address based in the United States (no PO Boxes).

7) Channel reserves the right, at its sole and absolute discretion, to refuse Entry of Entrants it finds to be in violation of the rules, or which it finds in its sole discretion to be objectionable for any reason. Channel reserves the right to cancel giveaway at any time, at sole discretion.

8) Entrants participation and all entries into giveaway must comply with YouTube's Community Guidelines. Entries which do not comply will be disqualified.
