The legendary bird trio got mogged by a basic bird Pokémon in the solo level capped challenge of Black and White

RULES: (tldr at bottom)
The Pokémon of choice must be the only Pokémon used in battle.
Other pokemon may be used for HMs outside of battle*

Chosen Pokémon must not be leveled higher than the next gym leader, elite 4, or champions highest mon.
Exp cheats can be used to stick to the level cap.

Besides held items, no items can be used (potions, full heals, etc.)

Chosen Pokémon will go over 1 of the 3 starters. Nothing else about the game will be changed or randomized.

This is not a nuzlocke. Losses are allowed and not run ending.

The chosen Pokémon will not be artificially given perfect IVs or any moves it cannot learn at the level it is at or any TMs it cannot learn or cannot be found yet.

*In Black and White there is one double battle you are forced to do after the first gym, so just use your Cut HM Pokémon and do your best to not deal any damage with it.

TLDR: 1 pokemon, level cap, hm mons allowed, no potions in battle, no cheats outside of turning exp off.
