NFL Training Sessions #004 (1.8.19)

This is a workout featuring NFL Draft prospect Juwann Winfree (Colorado), Jace Sternberger (Texas A&M), Jeremiah Booker (Kansas) & Joe Parker (Chattanooga).

Juwann's agent flew me out to Colorado for a week of fine tuning before the NFLPA All-Star game. While together, we focused on efficiency at the line of scrimmage (stance & start, releases, etc.) and route detail.

This episode documents the first day we were on the field together. We focused on press releases, body control and ran routes on air with NFL QBs.
