On Track

It's definitely time for me step up my game
And get myself charged up and into gear
For way too long I've lived in a neutral state
But now I'm letting go of all my doubts and fears

I'm gonna tap into all of the qualities
That have been naturally given to me
I'm smart I'm talented I'm attractive I'm great
As the saying goes I'm ready to be all that I can be

Oh, yeah I'm ready, yeah I'm ready
And on my way to hitting the big time
And when I get there like I know I will
I'm gonna get everything that's meant to be mine

I'm gonna invoke my sassy sexy feminine side
And get outa that dreary plain jane mood
I will be slipping on my dancing shoes
And getting my butt into the groove

I'm gonna slide some shadow on my eyes
And smooth some red or pink gloss on my lips
My cheeks will be highlighted with blush
And a slinky pretty dress will cling to my hips

Oh, yeah I'm ready, yeah I'm ready
And on my way to hitting the big time
And when I get there like I know I will
I'm gonna get everything that's meant to be mine

No more will I be down with the blues
'Cause life's way too short for that
I've got a whole lot to offer the world
And believe it baby I know I'm on the right track
