Don’t leave the UK if your Pre Settled Status is Refused, you will be refused re-entry to the UK

If your Pre Settled Status is refused, for the reason that you have not produced sufficient evidence that you began your residence in the UK before 31 December 2020, and you wish to travel outside UK, then it is highly likely that you will not be allowed to re-enter back in the UK
