Here's a red fireball signaling mirror howto using just hand tools and common household supplies. NO DREMEL NEEDED! The "hologram" of a red fireball makes it easy to aim the mirror at potential rescuers by passing the "fireball" over the target. My thanks to all the people who taught me, including many YouTubers! The raw mirrors are VERY inexpensive and can be found at arts and crafts stores like A.C. Moore or Michael's. Some people buy small makeup mirrors, "compacts", and gently pry out the mirror from one of them. The Dollar Tree Store has several offerings. The retro-reflective tape can be found at Home Depot, Lowes, or most major hardware stores.
