In today’s workout, I break down my 12-Minute Chest Boost — a powerful press + stretch + squeeze chest sequence that combines 3 movements into ONE complete chest-building set.
Why this works:
You’re combining pressing, stretching, and squeezing patterns to challenge your chest through multiple activation points while using lighter resistance and controlled tension.
This can be used as:
• A standalone chest workout
• A chest pre-workout activation tool
• A chest finisher to flood the muscles with blood and tension
THE 7-7-7 STRUCTURE:
7 Reps Press
7 Reps Stretch
7 Reps Squeeze
That equals 21 total reps (one complete set)
Rest 45 seconds… then repeat
TOTAL:
4 complete rounds
84 total reps
About 12 minutes
