Parfe krema od kave ☕️ - 😍 FAVORIT ŽIVOTA! “Kuvar i ja 💙”

Sastojci za sretan dan?
Nešto slatko, nešto jednostavno, osmijeh i kava - a ovaj parfe ima sve navedeno - kavoljupci na posao! ☕️
Parfe krema:
3 žumanjka
4 žl šećera
100 ml jake kave
300 ml vrhnja za šlag
- na pari miješati pjenjačom žumanjke, šećer i kavu dok ne postanu pjenasti i gusti.
Skloniti s vatre. Umiksati vrhnje za šlag (ne prejako!) - sjediniti dvije kreme i izliti smjesu u kalup premazan bademovim uljem. Staviti u zamrzivač min 5 sati ili preko noći.
Preljev od kave:
200 ml jake crne kave (može i instant)
4 žl smedjeg šećera
1 žl gustina
- kuhati na laganoj vatri stalno miješajući dok ne dobijete gusti sirup. Preliti parfe, dodati sjeckanu čokoladu za dekor i uživati…
Smjesu možete sipati i u manje silikonske kalupe kako biste dobili monoporcije - tekstura je lagana, pjenasta a okus fenomenalan! Ovo može biti odličan domaći sladoled - i naravno hrpu dodataka kao keks, čokoladu, orašaste plodove možete dodati… igrajte se 😋😘

Ingredients for a happy day? Something sweet, something simple, a smile and coffee - and this parfait has all of the above - coffee lovers to work! ☕️
Parfait cream:
3 egg yolks
4 tbsp of sugar
100 ml of strong coffee
300 ml of whipping cream
- mix egg yolks, sugar and coffee with a whisk until they become foamy and thick. Remove from fire. Mix the whipped cream (not too strong!) - combine the two creams and pour the mixture into a mold coated with almond oil.
Put in the freezer for at least 5 hours or overnight. Coffee dressing:
200 ml of strong black coffee (can also be instant)
4 tablespoons of brown sugar
1 tbsp of corn starch
- cook on low heat, stirring constantly, until you get a thick syrup. Pour over the parfait, add chopped chocolate for decoration and enjoy... You can also pour the mixture into smaller silicone molds to get single portions - the texture is light, foamy and the taste is phenomenal! This can be a great homemade ice cream - and of course you can add a bunch of extras like biscuits, chocolate, nuts... play around 😋😘 .
