How-to Make Realistic Model Railroad Scenery - Quick Trees!

In this video we talk about making trees for model railroads. My "Quick Trees" method is easy and produces great looking deciduous trees in a variety of sizes, shapes and levels of desired realism and detail. This method works well for multiple model scales.

In our "Sidetracked" segment we recap our recent trip to the Fine Scale Model Railroad Expo in Scranton, PA. This event is host to some of the worlds greatest model builders. We visit with old friends and make new friends in this recap.

Making model railroad trees is focus of this video. With a little - much needed humor, we show just how easy it is to create believable, realistic model trees using a mix of commercially available and home made items.
