TENNIS WORKOUT AT HOME | HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) Cardio to Get Back on Court

This tennis workout at home will get you ready to get back on court, as tennis courts are opening in Toronto and around the world.

This HIIT ( High Intensity Interval Training ) workout is designed for tennis players or anyone looking to get a great cardio workout as we head back to playing the sports we love. In this video I'll go through 3 sets of 5 exercises. Try to do as many reps as you can for 1 minute with a 20 second rest between each exercise.
