Kettlebell Pull-Through For Shoulder Stability #golfswing #clubheadspeed (9 of 12)

This exercise is great for any rotational athlete (baseball, tennis, volleyball, etc), but is ideal for building shoulder power and control in the downswing. By using your bodyweight and rotating on the shoulder, you force the shoulder to stabilize your body and the kettlebell. This makes the golf club feel like a feather in comparison.

Do 2 sets of 15 to get a good endurance workout for shoulder and core. This is also great if you have shoulder pain or low back pain and can tolerate the position.
