Trump: 'China is dying for Joe Biden' to become president

US President Donald Trump says "China is dying for Joe Biden" to become president, claiming Beijing has ripped America off more than any other nation as he touted his administration's foreign policy.

"China has ripped us off more than any country in history - plenty of allies rip us off too between military and trade - but China has ripped us off, in fairness, long before Obama and Biden," he said.

"They are dying for Joe Biden. The one they don't want is Trump."

President Trump said he recognised Israeli sovereignty over the Golan Heights, had negotiated an Arab-Israeli peace deal and moved the American embassy to Jerusalem.

"I even got nominated for three Nobel Peace Prizes - for all different things - one was for Israel, one for Kosovo, Serbia," he said.

"I did more in 47 months than Joe Biden did in 47 years."

Mr Trump also claimed Iran's economy had "totally tanked" thanks to the sanctions imposed on it by the US.

"We killed the leader of ISIS, Al-Baghdadi, we killed the world's worst mass terrorist, Soleimani is dead," he said.

"GDP down 27 per cent, nobody ever heard of it, and I don't want that... they cannot have a nuclear weapon, but I want them to be good, I want them to be strong, I want them to have a great country.

"The first call will be Iran as soon as we win... and we'll make a deal."
