A clip of Maryland Terrapins basketball coach Brenda Freese laying into one of her players, Oluchi Okananwa, during a Women’s March Madness game, has picked up over 20 million views on social media. In it, Freese is seen screaming at Okananwa, aggressively coaching her to get back into the game. Reaction online was mixed, but Okananwa says that this is what she wants from Reese; the two trust each other, and she likes being pushed hard. But would this kind of coaching work on you?
