1 lb 80/20 ground beef
1/2 tsp beef bouillon

AP Seasoning to taste
1/2 cup sweet corn
1/2 cup black beans
1/2 cup fire roasted tomatoes
2 tbsps tomato paste
1 cup beef broth
Mexican Crema (garnish)

Avocado Salsa:
1 cup diced tomatoes
1/4. up diced red onion
1 large diced avocado
1 lime juiced
salt and pepper
2-3 tbsps diced cilantro
