The best Chocolate chip muffins ❤️🍫

2 eggs
150g chocolate chip
115g unsalted butter, melted
200g granulated sugar
60g cocoa powder
2 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
100g Greek yogurt
2 tablespoons neutral oil
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
315g all-purpose flour
250ml whole milk

In a mixing bowl, whisk together the melted butter and sugar until well combined.
Add the eggs and whisk for 2-3 minutes or until pale in color. Add the oil, yogurt and vanilla extract. Mix until well combined. Add the milk an mix. In a separate bowl, combine the dry ingredients: flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
Pour the wet mixture into the dry ingredients and mix until just combined.
Do not overmix the batter. Divide the batter evenly among the muffin cups. Bake for 5 minutes to 425•F then reduce the oven temperature to 375•F and bake for 15-20 minutes.
