If you run an AI agency or you're trying to start one, you need a portfolio to prove your work. Without proof, you won't land clients. It's that simple.

Building one is straightforward: take all your testimonials, the builds you've done, and the results you've gotten, and put them in one clean place. It doesn't have to be a fancy front end either. A slideshow, a GitHub account, or even your social media can work. The point is having proof of your skill.

And if you don't have any projects to show yet? That's the first thing to fix. Go build a few.
