Buying & Selling to make a profit has never been easier in the age of the internet. There are so many marketplaces to not only buy from but also sell on. You can buy from one and sell from the other.

Some people don't like eBay and only use Facebook Marketplace to sell items. This is the perfect place to find bargains. Also, local auctions are a great place to buy from, make sure you take into account all the buying and selling fees.

You may fall foul of them if you don't know what they are. Let me give you a classic. A new auction gower is at its first auction. They start bidding on an Item and get carried away. T

They are thinking with their heart and not their brain. Hammer lands on a £1000 bid that bid has to have 20 Vat added, 16% buyer premium and vat added to that. You end up paying around £1400 which shocks some people.

I have been to auctions where the auctioneer has had to tell the bidders to stop bidding as they were paying more than the item's retail price

Now guys when you are going to buy from someone and see a listing on the Facebook Market place tap the button to see other listings. You will get a better deal if you buy in bulk.

If you think you can sell the items or add value to an item that they may be selling they buy it. I mean you are already there so why not even if you only make £10 profit, again you are there so it hasn't taken you to know extra time.

The internet is your best friend when it comes to buying an item. You can see what they sell for and learn all about the item you're going to buy. Now you only have to read about that item once and if you make a decent profit, well if you see another one you will know if its a bargain.

It does not take long to start understanding what things are worth. You will surprise yourself with how good you will become at spotting bargains. It's easy to make as much as your wages by buying several items per week in your spare time.
