Mentor Talks: Mental Health Matters with Noella Luka

On this episode of MentorTalks, Noella Luka - a Professional Fellowship Program exchange alumna, mental health advocate, and award-winning documentary filmmaker - talks about her mental health journey living with bipolar disorder and the documentary she produced about it, "What's Eating My Mind." She also speaks about how she’s working to destigmatize mental health treatment in Kenya and shares her tips on how to best support family and friends living with mental illness.
